Job Description:
We are looking for a Hardware Tester / Electronics Test Engineer (Diploma) with hands-on experience in functional testing, burn-in testing, and PCBA testing in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality compliance of hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional testing of electronic hardware products.
Conduct burn-in testing for reliability and endurance validation.
Execute PCBA testing and Box Build testing processes.
Identify, analyze, and report hardware defects and failures.
Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
Support production line activities and assembly operations.
Maintain test reports, logs, and production records.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
1–2 years in hardware testing / electronics manufacturing / production testing.
