Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to provide remote and on-call technical assistance to customers. The role involves software troubleshooting, system diagnostics, customer support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. This is primarily an office-based support role with occasional site visits based on customer requirements and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and telephonic technical support to customers.
Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Handle customer issues through remote support tools and online support platforms.
Perform system diagnostics and basic technical troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Maintain service records, support reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure prompt and professional customer support to achieve high service standards.
Support operational requirements and assist in resolving technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
Diploma / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Computer Hardware, or related disciplines.
Basic understanding of electrical and electronics fundamentals.
Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and database queries.
Familiarity with Linux commands, Docker, scripting, and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage.
